Michael C. Herceg, D.O.
Dr. Herceg joined Binghamton Eye Associates in August of 2008 upon completion of a Glaucoma Fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. Dr. Herceg completed an Ophthalmology residency at SUNY Buffalo, where he was the chief resident during his Senior Year. He currently instructs students at the State University of New York Clinical campus program.
Dr. Herceg is Board Certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and a member of the American Glaucoma Society.

Emily McNierney-Lidell, O.D.
Emily McNierney-Lidell, O.D. joins Binghamton Eye Associates with clinical interests in: Primary Eye Care, Contact Lens Application and Ocular Disease along with experience in Vision Therapy. Dr. McNierney-Lidell graduated cum laude from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University Scholars program Elkins Park, PA and is certified by the National Board of Examiners in Optometry.
A native of Vestal, NY, Dr. McNierney-Lidell graduated from Vestal High School and Binghamton University’s Harpur College, earning her B.A. in Biology in 2017. She is very happy to return to her hometown after completing her Optometry studies in the Philadelphia area along with several externships in the surrounding areas of PA. Her interests include running, having completed many 5ks, two half-marathons, and one marathon, as well as other outdoor activities.
Dr. McNierney-Lidell enjoys meeting new people and is looking forward to welcoming new patients here at Binghamton Eye Associates.
