Staff
Our practice is only as good as our staff. We are committed to having the best people in our office. We will achieve this goal through education, quality controls, and fair compensation. Each employee should look upon every other as his or her customer and not release any work product (chart, registration, super bill, etc.) unless it is completed to the highest standard possible. Also, fellow staff and patients should be treated proactively, with dignity, patience, and empathy. We are all working for a common goal. Each one of our employees has an important role in the success of our practice.

Doctors
Our doctors subscribe to the above principles.  They are active in the medical education of staff, patients, medical students, and resident physicians.  Ultimately, the success of the practice is a function of the number of patients seen by our doctors and the quality of care they receive.  The more smoothly and efficiently the practice runs, the more effectively the doctors can see patients.  Doctor productivity is enhanced by delegating those tasks not requiring a physician's expertise to appropriately trained staff.  Doctors maintain and enhance their skills by continuing education.  They join the rest of the practice in their commitment to excellence, integrity and patient care..
